Rather than forcing a shop owner to piece together multiple tools, we delivered one unified platform that handles consignor tracking, item intake, live inventory management, sales processing, and automated payout calculations — all from a single interface. The result was a dramatic reduction in manual tracking errors and significantly faster checkout and reporting workflows.
Developed in close partnership with Trinity Solutions for an insurance company client, this intake platform modernizes a process that had long relied on paper forms and manual data entry. The system digitizes and manages all new client intake forms, organizes case data in a structured and searchable format, and automatically routes information to the appropriate internal teams — eliminating bottlenecks and significantly improving turnaround times on new client onboarding. Delivered on schedule and immediately put into production.
